Mike is very professional and knowledgeable and answered my questions and gave me info on how to make my carpet stay cleaned. Incredibly knowledgeable about fabrics and has specific cleaners for all types of spots. I would trust him with all fine fabrics and rugs. Owner does all work himself with helper. He works hard by using many types of cleansers and state of the art, high steam machines. Only carpet cleaner in Morton to use a non-toxic Guard, called Green Guard, safe for pets & kids. Friendly and Professional company would highly recommend.

We have used Super steam Carpet Clean for the new place we are moving in. Mike the owner of the company did the cleaning and did an excellent job. Very flexible to schedule and worked with us on Saturday to get things done which was perfect for us. Mike explained things in detailed and about the solutions he use for cleaning. He did a thorough cleaning of our stair case which was impressive. He worked hard on some of hard stains and worked his best. We definitely enjoy the look and feel of the carpet after the cleaning and would strongly recommend him for our and our friends future cleaning projects. Thanks Mike !

Mike and his assistant did an excellent job on our carpets and a sofa. They got out several carpet stains that remained after the previous owners of our house had the carpet “professionally” cleaned. They were hard-working, thorough and neat. The price was definitely fair for the quality, yet more reasonable than another cleaner with similar equipment. Everything took longer to dry than expected, even with AC and ceiling fans, but I attribute that to the hot humid weather, not the cleaners. (In retrospect, fall might have been a better time for carpet cleaning.) I would definitely hire Super Steam again. My one complaint is that they did not have shoe covers.
